Job Responsibilities
1.1. Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via the online system, providing feedback according to the corresponding procedures. Incoming services include (basic services, complaint handling, suggestion handling, refund issues, feedback, work orders).
1.2. Proficiently master relevant knowledge and communication skills for each project, providing accurate and professional service.
1.3. Conduct regular customer follow-ups, continuously improve based on customer feedback, and form data follow-up results.
